Cap and Rotor Raplacement help

I think there's 3 screws, & they're smaller than 10mm, maybe 8? The screw holding the rotor is #8 in the picture. You need to spin the engine just enough so that screw is pointing where you can reach it. Since the distributor cap is off, the engine won't start.

You can try a couple places to mail-order the genuine Hondaparts, like...
