What do you mean by missing??? This isn't a text message youshould use complete sentences to make things easier for the readers...

Does the car just studder at 5500 rpm's,or something more severe happening?

Have you done anything to your car recently, or neglect anything like oil changes, replaceing spark plugs, etc. Add some more info so people can help you better.

I would put some seafoam through your intake manifold via the vac line or fuel pressure reg line, and some Techron chevron in your gas tank. Then like 200 -300 miles befor you do an oil change add some seafoam to your crankcase. That should stop the studdering.... if still persists let us know.

Oh change the spark plugs to some cheapos or just get new ones when you use the seafoam through your intake manifold. And remove the o2 sensor behind the cat if you can. Should be fine though a code might come up but should go away after a few hundred miles of driving, mine did.
