Leaving the clutch disk out entirely would do it. Or putting one in that happens to be worn slam out. Maybe the new engine came from an automatic car and they just forgot about needing a clutch.

Does the shifter feel like it's doing anything? You should hear clicking noises from the transmission when moving the shift lever with the engine off.

 

Yea **** them highschool basterds....but i talked to a few other people and mechanics and they belive its gota be the clutch it needs a new one anyway which im sure that when they took it out and put it in they jsut ****ed it up cuae tere lil basterds and its just no good.....but its goin to the mechanic shop this week and i bought an exedy clutch for it and its getn put in so hopefully then itll be running and moving lol...........i just wanna drive and race other civics....and get the ***** ratings back up....cause not driven i mean we cant have that i gota drive its my life lol.......thanks for help though everyone
