Car Shakes..

Well my tires arent older than 2 months.
havent done anything 2 my suspension yet.
im starting to think its my transmition, because it seems like its shaking trying to change into gear or something, because once i let go the gas... it lowers gear and stops it. but its really wierd because sometimes it shakes more than other times. at knowing that the transmision has around 200,000 miles on it...
because when it shakes it almost seems as it was the motor or something.
