I was driving down the highway for about 10 minutes, went to get off at an exit and pushed the clutch in. I watched the RPMs drop and without hesitating at normal idling RPMs, go to zero and the car died. I just popped the clutch in 4th gear and engine braked through gears until I stopped, at which point the car died again. Now I've been engine braking to a stop and holding my foot on the accelerator to keep about 1200-1500 RPMs up so the car doesn't die.

Questions:

1. What normally causes this? It only happens when the car is at normal operating temperature, not when I first start it.

2. Hooked it up at Autozone today and it reported an Ox Sensor, O2 Sensor (same thing?), and that the spark plugs need replaced. The guy there said that any one of the three problems would trigger the other two, and research the cause online. Any suggestions?

I'm driving a 2000 Si with a B18B1 motor in it (I know, I know...guy before me blew up the stock motor.) Any help would be VERY much appreciated.
