Question Car will not start.

Well I have a mostly stock civic, but like title says, every now a then it will not turn on for any thing, only when cool, the only way to get it to turn on is to change the spark plugs and then it turns on like normaly. What problem do I have some one told me it was the head, another said it was the distributor, what can you guys tell me? Thanks.

How many miles?

When were the plug wires, cap, and rotor last replaced?

You also might want to have the coil and ICM tested at AutoZone.
