car won't fire up

hi i need help ive got a 1998 1.4 2dr civic and there dosn't seem to be any petrol getting trough, iv'e checked the spark plugs and there fine and the fuelpump seems to be working aswell. Any sussgestions?

Question is... how have you determined that it isn't getting fuel or is that an assumption?
