2000 honda civic that when i first start the car it will idle and run fine. But once i step on the gas it doesnt do anything for up to 15 seconds and then the rpms will shoot up and the car will move. Its been doing it sonce i moved to pa from utah. The weather has npthing to do with if its warm or cold out.

Transfluid is good if the fluid was low it would be revving up and not moving, its justnot moving and no rpm change.
