Default Car won't start HELP!??

ABOUT a week ago i crashed my 96 civic =(
alright anyway the damage was to my core support and my radiator, the shop told me it would cost 500 or so to replace.
the thing is my airbags deployed as well.
so i bought the core support and the radiator and did it myself looks even better then before everything lined up perfect and fit perfect too.
the only problem i am having is that it almost cranks up but then it seems like theres not enough gas or somthing for it to start up.
is there any fuse or sensor which shuts your car offf after your airbags deploy as a safty reason, which you have to replace cuz i can't think of any reason why the car wont start up besides maybe somthing with the airbags...? does anyone have any idea's what might be wrong .. please i need my car running again.!

Remove a spark plug wire and attach a spare spark plug to it. Have someone start the car. Check for spark. If you see spark then you most likely have a fuel problem. If you do not see a spark then you have a problem with the igntion system.
