Default Catch-up on maintenance

Hello, I have a '98 Civic CX with low miles - I know the previous owner did almost nothing in terms of maintenance aside from oil changes and the car was driven very little. I'd like to catch-up on maintenance - any advice? I looked around for a maintenance sticky but I didn't see one.

Thanks!

Replace the timing belt, water pump, alt belt, and do a valve adjustment with a new vc gasket + sparkplug tube seals.
