Unplug the IACV. Do you measure 8-15 Ohms across the two terminals of the sensor?

pulled the eacv today and gave it a good cleaning it was very dirty now its running better but still idling a little rough. I bought another complete intake manifold today with the throttle body and eacv intact for $5 today so im gonna check the ohms across each eacv and try this other one see if it make a diff.
