CEL light

The CEL light in my 1994 Civic EX 5spd stays on the entire time the ignition is on. What does this mean?

It means you have a CEL code?
Find out what the code is. search the forum a little if you dont know how to do it... I think there is a guide, or at least a link to one around here.
