How do you know that you aren't running rich anymore if your O2 sensor isn't connected?

Well, the car doesnt shake anymore at all when in idle. It also has a very noticable pickup and throttle response. It almost seems that the ecu decided to hell with it.

I'd say the light burnt out, codes do not fix themselves. Also how did you come to the conclusion it was running rich?

It friggin runs bad... obviously becaus eone sensor is going "huh?" and the other isnt even plugged in. I will get it all straight once I get the hi flo welded where the test pipe is. By that time there will be two bungs for me to connect to.

If I read in the forum somewhere correct... doesnt the o2 that goes after the cat get the simulator? Or should I do both.
