I looked up your code in my book, it means your primary heated o2 sensor is mafuncting, I have delt with this before. My experience was that my car hesitated alot only because it wasn't getting the right signal from the o2 sensor. have checked the wiring?

 

should be ok to drive but gas milage may drop alot
