i did a tune up about... say... 3 and a half months ago changed da spark plugs, air filter, oil, filter, tranny fluid, but used back the same distrubutor cap.. the wires were not so dirty so i used it back..should i change it? also whats this seafoam and how can i get it? sorry... total newb at these chemcals =] lucas i shall try it.. any more suggestions? thanks.

I was gonna say the same thing lol. after i got the teg I drove a co workers civic.... my god that thing is slow.

It would be a good idea to replace the old plug wires with OEM wires. If the distributor cap and rotor show wear or corrosion, they should be replaced as well. For the Seafoam treatment, see the DIY section.

I went from a Mercury Grand Marquis to my EX........
It takes some getting used to being eveybody elses "bitch" on the road, but the CASH Im saving at the pump makes it well worth it IMO!
I think these cars shine on the highway though, being small and easy to manuever around.

man you think your cars slow... turn on the AC with a automatic and then try hiting the gas. LMFAO

wow i just noticed that today.... the RPMs are up high but just no go.LOL

Alright Guys.. I Did A Seafoam.. And I Have To Say The Pick-Up Response Is Much Better Than It Was Before,Also Does Anyone Know How Often A Seafoam Should Be Done? I Read The Diy On It But I Did Not See How Often It Should Be Done, thanks.

well id say the MOST once a year or every other year. it usualy doesnt build up to quickly. more of a long time build up!

I want from a 3.8 bonneville to a 1.6 civic.

They are slow stock, but great on gas thats all i care about these days

yeah they are good on gas, everyone seems to ask me on the street if im sellin my car, guess they shoulda invested in a honda before gas prices started to rocket =] thanks for da help guys.
