Civic idle surge with ac on help uggghhh

Civic idle surge with ac on help uggghhh
1996 civic ex vtec m.t.
I just installed.
Fuel pressure regulator (running 50psi)
full exhaust header/cat back/ straight thru converter
cap/rotor/plugs/wires
cold air induction (cone filter mounted in front bumper)
2 core alum radiator/slim elec fan/ silicone hoses/t-stat/flushed system
Runs great!!!!! until you turn on AC .....
idle drops and surges ....
Im thinking air pockets ??? but i am unsure on exactly how to bleed the system?
There is no bleed screw in the t-stat housing...
Vehicle had no issues prior to these upgrades and runs perfect cold/hot as long as the AC is off... any help would be greatly appreciated..
