civic power window issue

civic power window issue

I have an 02 honda civic ex coupe (stock everything) and when i roll my windows down on both the driver and passenger sides, the door panels push out and pull in when i roll them back up. It's just pretty strange that it happens on both sides. What could it be?

Does the top or bottom of the door panel move?

Pull off the door panel and inspect.
