Default Civic wont start

Well here i go again and this time i have no idea with the problem. I have a Honda Civic 95 EX and it wouldnt start up today. i live in wisconsin and it snowed 5 inches of snow up here so i dont know if that has any affect. i just had the battery changed like 3 days ago cause that was the problem then and now something else is going wrong. I do smell some gas when i was trying to start this morning. I have noticed that i can also smell as whenever i stop at stoplights or anywhere for that matter. I already check under the hood to see if i could see any leaks or anything but i went too look i couldnt smell any gas leaking. It has also been getting some real ****ty gas milage too, like 200 miles to the tank when it normally gets like 300 miles to the gallon. i just had the plugs and wires changed about three months ago so i doubt that would be the problem. I just want the damn thing to run. It has really been pissing me off too. Well i anyone has any suggestions on what it could be please let me know. Thank you for your help. [:@]

If you have a stock air cleaner on it, is it clean?

Would it have anything to do with a clogged fuel filter?

What does it do when you try to start it?

Also, if you have a stock cat, check that.

all it does is the starter will spin but the engine will start not start firing. i dont think that it has a ignition problem cause i just had the plugs changed. i dont get though, i had it running at a 120 mph last night and when i came home i restarted it right away to see if anything may have happened to it but it started fine. i dont think that that would have any thing to do with it

Right now i live in Appleton but i am originally from Hartland wi down by milwaukee. I had it towed to a honda dealership and man am i pissed. i guess my MSD Ignition system is **** and it was like 500-600 dollars or something like that. I swear to god that that better the problem cause they are redoing the entire system. How much horsepower am i going to lose about? I am really ticked about that right now. I love my car and now it is goign to just suck major *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
