Default Clicking noise while moving forward

Hello,

I've got a clicking noise that happens with my 04 civic whenever the car is moving forward.

1. Noise occurs while in Drive and moving forward.
2. Noise increases in frequency as speed increases.
3. Engine RPM has no effect on frequency of clicking. Noise does not occur at idle even while revving engine.
4. Clicking does not seem to increase in volume at turns and neither left nor right turns seem to make any difference to volume or rate of clicks.
5. No clicking in reverse even while making sharp turns.
6. While in drive and shifting to Neutral (and coasting) clicking noise persists until car stops rolling.
7. While in reverse and shifting to Neutral (and coasting) there is no clicking noise.

What do you guys think it is?

Put the front end on stands, start the engine, put the transmission in drive/1st, and try to localize the noise. Don't injure yourself on the rotating front wheels

Just a guess but maybe the brake disc dust shield is rubbing against the rotor.

I had the same sort of problem. Noise was caused by my tire rubbing against the wheel well after i lowered it. Check the clearance of the tire just to make sure that is not it.
