Default clinking sound from rear brakes?

Anyone ever have a clinking sound come from the rear brakes? This happens anytime when going slow and is very annoying, and happens when the brake pedal is depressed or not. Just replaced the discs and pads but this problem was before the disc replacement. THis sound only comes from my right rear brake and I have taken the brake assembely apart many times to clean and inspect. This car is a 2000 civic SI, can anyone help?
