clunking noise from steering

clunking noise from steering
Hi all i have a civic1.4i 98 ,when my steering is on full lock in either position i get a clunking noise from the front wheels ,somebody told me it might be the drive shafts if so is it a difficult job to do both sides,how many hours labour to do both thanks
