so yesterday i decided to put new gauge face-plates on,put them on,and made a big mistake by having the car on(i know,**** )was wiring them,and all of a sudden i try to put the wire and a lil spark goes up,a burning smell and the needles all died!!****k lol.sucks,the face plates r working,but the needles/cluster is deadddddd,i put the power for the face plates to the parking break light and it just all went out,i checked the fuses under the das and under the hood and all see to be working fine,any idea what it might be?i really need to fix this thing ASAP,i dont wanna get a ticket for not having those things working.thanks alot..


the car's a 93 civic ex/2 door/automatic

 

some of the lights on the cluster work,but the needles dont.the parking break light doesnt work as well

 

Double check fuse 15.

If it's fine, then inspect the gauge assembly connectors, wires, and circuit board for electrical damage.

 

where's fuse 15?my fuse box under the dash doesnt have the cover with the names of the fuses! lol.thanks for writing back quick,appreciate it.
