Default Help! Dash cluster going dead

We have an 01 EX Sedan and have several dash cluster problems, SRS light is on but no indicated problems from the Honda dealership after scan. Also we have the dash cluster going dead, no lights or gauges, then it will come back and work again. Anyone ever hear of this i'm getting so frustrated with this Civic, it's not a typical Honda!! Need help!

The connectors at the rear of gauge assembly, the ground wire (G501), or fuses 9 or 10 may be loose.
