Default cluster light prob.

it just randomly started doing this but on my cluster and even my ac/heater lights will randomly dim and some times even cut all the way off and then randomly turn right back on if i adjust the brightness by the switch some times it makes them come back on but not every time...some 1 help plz lol

Put a jumper wire across the connector terminals for the red and black wires (see diagram below). With the headlights ON, the dash lights should remain at full bright with no dimming. If so, the controller is bad and replacing it should fix the problem.
