It's on the firewall above the clutch master cylinder, which is right in front of the clutch pedal. It's close to the brake master cylinder but more toward the outside of the car. Use brake fluid. Any substance other than brake fluid will ruin the whole system.

If you need to add fluid, that means it has leaked out somewhere. Commonly it will leak from the slave cylinder, you need to take the rubber boots off to see. Or it leaks from the master cylinder and runs down the firewall on the inside of the car.

unless its never been changed for the life of the vehicle... pending on the milage the dot 3 can break down over time leaving you with air in your lines and resovior... may need bleeding...

always go with OEM brake fluid from honda. just the same as tranny fluid. oem fluids are the best bet since they are designed for the whole system on the car.

and if you bleed the system to remove all the old fluid and/or air in the system if it ran dry then BE SURE to use a line wrench! regular open end wrenches will strip those bleeder valves very quickly! or used the boxed end wrench.
