Default Clutch Pressure Issue after Clutch assembly replacement

B20B (non-vtec from crv I believe) with a 96 Integra trans in a 96 Honda Civic

So, Just replaced the entire clutch assembly. The flywheel, pressure plate, clutch(which had a spring stripped out of it), throwout bearing(which locked up against the previous pressure plate) was even going to replace the rear main seal but it was good. With a few roadblocks and workarounds, the entire car is back together again and runs! Replaced the clutch master and slave cylinders too.

Now I'm trying to bleed the clutch with a vacuum pump and I'm seemingly getting nowhere. I've tried scouring the internet for solutions with no luck, everything seems fine, shifts while off, the little pressure in the clutch will actually move the salve just not much. After 2/3 hours of pumping and refilling, I probably ran thru more than 32 oz of fluid just cycling it thru the system and now I'm just pumping essentially air out.

Bleeding it from the slave, pushing back on the slave produces no bubbles from the reservoir.

My buddy says just keep pumping but I'm at a loss.

I'll upload some pictures of the work when I get them off my phone.

I hate ball join bearings, this one had to be retreaded

Glad I decided to replace everything

Metal chunks in the axel holes lol

Axle nuts or whatever they are called are the most frustrating part of the entire ordeal

New Parts!

After nearly destroying the nut...it wouldn't come off.

Throw out bearing...nearly ripped apart

See that crack?

Yeah new clutch!

ive never really had any issues after doing a clutch so im just going to go with some ideas in my head here. your bleeding the clutch with a vacuum bleeder and your just getting air but not directly off the slave. off hand the only thing coming to mind is your hose or clutch piston is pulling in air. ive had that problem when doing breaks before. had to cap off the hoses and pressurize the system to find where the leak was. all the air in the system wasn't allowing enough pressure to build up for a visible fluid leak.

It was more basic, I didn't adjust the master cylinder to the pedal. After a lot of research my SO was like, can't you just adjust the pedal...got to looking and sure enough. Adjusted the thread all the way out pretty much and it worked. Looked at the broken one and it was the same way.
