Unhappy Code problem

I have a 95 civic LX. I had a code 1,1,1 which I believed is o2 censor. I replaced it. Still showing the same code. When I do the code, red SRS light constant blink, engine light 1,1,1. I cleared code at fuse box at engine and also had to disconnect battery, because code will not reset. Normally you clear code and stay cleared until you drive it. Well I tried it again doing the code and it was still coding so I pull the fuse at box to see if it stop and it was still coding (blinking)(maybe I shouldn’t have done that but I blew a fuse)

Does the red SRS suppose to blink, when doing the code? Why will the code not clear prior of driving? What's the code trying to tell me?

This section is for problems with the forum itself, not tech questions.

Moved to the tech section.

There's a different method for clearing SRS codes.

If you still have CEL code 1, then you need to check the O2 sensor wires for an open or short. A bad wire splice job is common cause.
