Default Compression Issues

Howdy all
First off I have a 1994 civic ex manual trans. The engine is a d15b2 block with a d16z6 v-tec head while driving home from work at 55 mph it started running realy bad immediatlly all at once. After getting it home and doing a compression check I found #1 and #4 had 180 lbs compression and found both #2 and #3 cylinders had zero compression. I pulled head and installed a new head gasket pulled and cleaned all exhaust valves and seats and installed new valve seals. After completely reassembing it I had 180 lbs in #4 and zero in the remaining three. I squirted oil in each one one at a time and recheck and the same zero compression remains. So needless to say I am stumped and need some advice.HELP

Valves may be adjusted too tight. Loosen all of the valve adjusters so they are definitely slack and test again. If that got the compression back use feeler gauge to set them to spec.

Also of course make sure the cam is properly timed.

Thanks
I loosenend the valves and rechecked all cylinders and ended up with 235-240 lbs in all. What is the correct gap for the intake and exhaust valves? Also would a can of seafoam help clean the valves?
Thanks

Update The adjusting of the valves was the ticket. Thanks mk378. Now I just have to burn out all the oil that I hadput in the cylinders trying to figure it out. Thanks again.
