Default Coupling the tranny with the Engine

Ok so I replaced the clutch in my car I've got to put the tranny back there... But it seems like the splines won't align! Does anyone have any tips for me?

First you should've checked the clutch disk by itself to make sure it's the right one and will fit on the transmission shaft. Second of course the disk has to be concentric with the pilot bearing. Those plastic tools don't guarantee results. Look straight into the shaft bore and check it by eye.
