Default Crank shaft pulley

I have a 1995 Honda Civic VX D15Z1. I want to change the timing belt, but I cant't find a way to hold the crankshaft stationary so I can remove the belt pulley. I have a shop manual that says to remove the flywheel inspection cover and lodge a screwdriver in the flywheel. I can't find a flywheel inspection cover. Any help?[/align]

The only tool ive ever needed to use to negotiate the crank pulley is a chain wrench. Works everytime.

The flywheel plate is bottom by the oil pan.
The way I did it was use a rod between the lug bolt and put it in gear. Us blocks & jackstands.
