Crushed Civic Front end and engine codes
Ok the topic sounds bad but the car was not that bad. My daughter ran into the back of a Caddy. Yes with a Civic. She went under the bumper and stopped just before any major damage was done. Fenders ok, Headlights gone, rad and rad support along with the condenser gone. Bumper not bad but for $75 it's new now. She stopped just as she cut the top of the o2 sensor wires with the condenser fan housing.
Have it all back together but have the following P0132, P1298, P0135, P0141, P1753, P1768
The 132, 135 and 141 say the O2 sensor but that is new. Maybe it's shorted and blew a fuse but need to check that. P1753 and P1768 Linear solenoid and lockup control solenoid valve A. Don't get these? By the way the D4 blinks.
P1298 ELD Electrical Load Detector? What does this really do?
I'm starting to think that I now have a short, oh joy!!! I did not see any damage but with the cover on the wires it might be hiding.
Has anyone ever heard of this type of problem in a front end crunch. Where would you look first for solving these?
Looking for ideas!!
BTW, 2000 DX with 85K on it.

Probably did short the wires and blow fuse under the dash. (I think on a 2000 it would still be #15.) That fuse powers a bunch of sensors and you will get multiple codes. It may also do the solenoids on an automatic. Don't worry about the ELD code for now, it is often spurious.

when i got mine wrecked 2 of the O2 sensor wires where broke off and was throwing a code... best to replace the sensor... even tho you might connect the wires back BUT the impact could have busted the internals of the O2 sensor which is just glass anyways and easy to break... if you replace the sensor it should be good just be sure to clear the codes. some of the codes could be from a miss or something during the impact in the motor.
as to the tranny solinoids. check the wiring on them. i asume its a automatic. if the wires all look good id replace them and see if that helps.
pictures help alot. got any
