If the wiring for the front wipers has been removed, you’ll likely need to run new wires from the fuse box to the wiper motor. Start by checking the fuse box for any wiper-related fuses or relays that might still be there. If the motor and wiring are completely gone, you’ll have to source a replacement wiper motor and rewire it to the fuse box or install a relay. If you're not comfortable with rewiring, you might want to consult an auto electrician for help.
