Default Cutting exhaust

I got a custom exhaust made for my car a while back and they welded it to the stock exhaust manifold. Now I'm gonna put a header on and need to cut the exhaust from the manifold. What can I use to cut it?

well a torch, or a hacksaw if you got the time....but if you are going to bolt on a header, how are you going to attach that to the exhaust? You'll probably want a flange welded onto the exhaust so you can just bolt them together instead of having to cut and re-weld them like you're doing right now.

yeah, I was gonna cut the exhaust, put the header on, and then drive open header to the muffler shop so they can weld the flange on and connect them so that they only have to weld one flange on. Should I have them cut and weld two flanges on now so I can just unbolt the old mani and put the header on?
