Talking d15b2 issues

hi eveyone im looking for abit of help,iv just rebuilt my d15b2 head,stem oil seals ect ect,its started up perfect but im getting greyish smoke,is this normal or has somthing gone wrong,iv not driven it yet though.

also,on the exhaust manifold should there be a cable coming of the lambda sensor because all i have in a thick pin like object screwd into the mani without any cables coming out of it,is this strange lol.many thanks in advance rich

It may just be oil and stuff from the old engine burning out of the exhaust.

Sounds like your sensor is broken. They should have a stainless steel top with a permanently attached wire.

would running it without the sensor make a difference to the engine,smoke ect.thanks for the reply
