Default D15b7 d16z6 mini me help setting cam to TDC

Ok so I have my adjustable cam gear on the head and advanced 4.5 degrees, now my question is how do I set it to TDC? I know where it should be, but I'm asking how to physically move the cam gear into the correct position. Also on a side note anyone happen to know exactly what size the crank bolt is?

The cam gear should still have the slash marks on the sides, since they are on the part the belt drives directly you use them the same regardless of adjustment. I suggest start with the adjustment at zero anyway and you can tune later if you want.

Set the crank about 90 degrees off of TDC (all the pistons will be halfway up), then you can turn the cam by hand all the way around without any valves crashing. After setting the cam to TDC, return the crank to TDC and put the timing belt on.
