Default d16a6?

I found a 94 cx hatch just down the street from me. I just got back from checking it out. The interior is bad and it needs a hood and a hatch but otherwise is in pretty good shape. After a few mins with some degreaser I found the engine code on the block D16A6. I've never heard of that. does it exist or should I go back down and do a little more cleaning to see it again? BTW dude only wants 300 for the car witch is why I'm thinking of getting it. Thanks in advance folks.

^ good job on the copy paste
the engine in it came from a 88-91 crx si, its an ok engine.
if the body isnt rusted then 300$ is a good deal.
is it auto or manual?

... i wouldnt swap it into another car, that is one of the lower power motors.. i mean if you looking for economy then maybe but if your lookin to build to power then thats basicly pointless seeing as it wont give you any gains over stock
