D16y8 Torque specs?

I need the torque specs for the rod bearing caps on a D16y8. I checked on Autozone.com and it gave me 23 ft/lbs but its one of those situations where you only have one chance to get it right and wanted to double check with everyone. Thanks in advance guys and if I get a fast reply I will have time to finish it up tonight hopefully! haha
