Default d16z6 crank pulley bolt stuck

Me and a friend of mine are trying to get the crank pulley bolt off on his del sol and so far its going horrible. We have the honda key that keeps the pulley from moving so that parts not the issue. We soaked the bolt in pb blaster, heated it with a butane torch, beat on it with a hammer, etc. So far we broke a 3/8 and 1/2 ratchet. Since the ratchets are screwed we took a 4 way tire iron and stuck a pipe over one end to try and get leverage. We keep trying to force it, even to the point that the back tire started lifting off the ground. What the hell does it take to get this thing off?

Remember, turn counterclockwise to loosen, like regular bolts. 600 ft-lb impact wrench with black 6 point socket and good air supply FTW.

Thats something he doesn't have access to. I pretty much told him to use more heat. Make that bolt sweat. =P
