Default Dashboard Instrument Panel Not Working

I have a 2005 Civic LX 4 Door in which upon starting and driving the car recently, I noticed that the instrument panel(speedometer, engine temp. and gas level indicator) were not operating at all.

Upon arriving at my destination, I turned the car off and them turned it back on. Upon turning the car back on, the panel worked again.

Is this happening because something is beginning to go out? Or just one of those things? Thanks!

This just happened to me today. Did you figure out what caused your instrument panel to do this?

I just replaced the entire panel on my Civic, ( I bought a new/used one on ebay for about $70) so I know there are multiple wires that connect each instrument, so I bet, since everything stopped working, it is probably a bad fuse.
