Default Dim Headlights - Wheres the ground at?

New owner here guys, I have a 2003 Civic coupe.
The passenger headlight is dim like in the other threads. Bulbs are brand new.
I tested it with a multimeter, I get 12.5 volts for power and continuity for the ground to the battery.
On the wiring diagram, the headlights ground to the "Multiplex" but I dont know where the multiplex is grounded to on the car.

I see one ground in the passenger fenderwell with multiple wires grounded there, cleaned that up and no change.

Edit: After jumping the ground to the negative battery this morning, the light brightened right up.

Does anyone know where the headlights/multiplex unit grounds to on the 2003?
