dismantling a 2009 tach module

My 2009 civic has a bouncing tach needle. I have seen this before on other cars and usually just re flowing the solder on the connectors in the PC board pins does the trick. I have the module out but cannot get to the PC board without breaking the module open. Does anyone know how its opened without breaking it?
