installed crx tach in my hb, tach did work now it wont

Hey i got a 89 hb, and i installed a 90 crx instrument panal in it because it has a built in tach, I tested it and it worked great. Then i took it out and installed it again and now it wont work. Wtf happen?

I checked all the wires and they look ok

Check the signal wire connection at the distrbutor

no its not an aftermarket tach its a factory dash instrument out of a crx with the tach built on
