Default Door locks don't work

I was wondering how easy it s to remove the driver's side door panel? My door locks do not work off the remote, or the driver's door lock switch. I think the power door lock actuator is bad. Is that a part I can get online and replace myself?

Thanks for any/all help!

What year Civic? Do any power locks at all in the car work? Have you checked for blown fuses?

It is a 2002 Civic Si

There are no blown fuses. The other locks work, just not the driver's side, or remote.

The 02-03 Civic manual at the link in my signature details how to remove the door panel and to test the actuator and switch.
