Driver Side Rubber Door Seal Torn 09 Civic EX - Warranty?
I just noticed the rubber seal on the driver's side door of my Civic is torn - it looks like it's split in two on the vertical length.
I've only had the car a year and am 100% sure I've not done anything to rip it. Before the Civic I had an Accord for years and never had this happen. I'm not in a cold climate like I was with the Accord, either, so there is no chance of 'tugging' a frozen door as a cause.
Would this be something covered under my warranty? Any suggestions on what to do to fix it if not? I assume it could lead to water leaking in which I do not want.
Thanks!

Sugarplum, is it the door seal not on the door itself, but rather inside the door jamb? If it's inside the jamb (where the door opening is) I have the same problem located at the height of the door handle. I have a 2008 civic.
