You'll need to take off the door panel again to figure out the problem. Focus your attention on the lock mechanism in the picture. When the panel is off, first test whether the power lock switch now functions properly. If so, make sure the inner handle rod is properly assembled to the lock mechanism and handle when you reinstall the panel.
