dual point to multipoint conversion sohc vtec swap PROBLEM
The TPS is definitely a suspect. If the comp isn't reading it right, you open the throttle, lean out the mixture and your engine dies - more air and same amount of fuel.
You can check the injectors by unplugging them one at a time. If you unplug one and there is no change in the idle, you found a bad injector. I don't think this is the problem anymore.

tps sensor is on the throttle body, and map sensor should also be in that area, google tps sensor and map sensor for a civic if u need a pic of what they look like. do you have a cel??? look at you ecu and count the red blinks. post results
how did you get the codes??? JUSt want to make sure u did it right.
each 1/2 sec blink =1 and each 1 sec held blink = 10

unplug the battery to reset the cel codes and start the car back up and let it run, pull codes again to see if they both come back.
