hey guys

This weekend didnt go well for me. I was driving down a windy road and i suddenly hit an ice patch, lost control and hit a concrete barrier leaving my front bumper and driver side fender damaged[:@]. Now i wanna find the cheapest bumper cover and fender. I called the stealership for the price. Front bumper -$435-not painted & fender-$150-not painted. Also i have been looking on ebay and i found these:

These seems pretty cheap compare to the stealership prices. Anyone has any experience or have u heard anything good/bad about ebay bumper/fenders. Im kinda iffy on these because i dont know if they will fit properly. Im planning on installing them myself whic will save me labour. Any tips is appreciated. Thanks

I bought a front bumper from the same company that you are looking at.It took a little coaxing to get it on.Anything aftermarket never lines up like the factory parts,But for the money it was well worth it.

 

Another option would be a junk yard. You'd have to find a civic that isn't frontally smashed but it will fit. You might even get lucky and find the same color.

You get what you pay for with that ebay stuff. My old 95 had an aftermarket fender on it and it was paper thin. As in don't let anyone lean against your car or they'll dent it.

 

What are these ebay fender/bumper made of? Im assuming not the same as oem ones
