ECM flashable 97' civic dx
You cannot flash that ECU.
However, you can convert to OBD1, buy a P28, get a chip and load a new tune onto that chip if you need to tune the car for performance etc. Usually, the last two things are done by a tuner, unless you get a program like Hondata, where you can plug your own laptop into the ECU and create a tune yourself. Not too familiar with other tuning programs other than Hondata to be honest.
