Ef won't start. Starter not engaging.

Unfortunately, there's likely been an internal catastrophe if the engine won't turn over.

You should do what mk378 suggested by checking whether the alternator may be seized. Good luck.

After I finish praying tonight I will. I swear, not to sound sappy or anything, but I haven't felt this ****ty in as long as I can remember.

Ok so today went with my numba 19 and put it on there turned it clockwise.... It turns. YAY????? So now I'm guessing the starter. So I'll go get it tested at the free clinic right now.

You want to turn the engine counterclockwise, the way it normally runs. Go through at least two full revolutions. If you can turn the engine part of a turn but then it jams, there is probably water in one of the cylinders, or the timing belt is way off and the valves are crashing.
