Default EG Civic Seat Runners

Hey Guys
I hav a problem with the seat in my EG Civic. When U sit on it U can flop it up and down. After taking the seat out for investigation I C there are two metal rollers that slide in the runner and a plastic clip. I have a feeling there are supposed to be ball bearings or something between the part of the runner that bolts to the floor and the runner on the seat that are missing and making the seat flop. Am I correct about these bearings?!
Thanx Guys and sorry that was so long winded!

I dont think there are bearings in there. If it has play then its a bolt (possibly more than 1) that is loose connecting the seat to the runner or connecting the floorboard to the lower runner.
